Times have been posted for Daves 2024 Rebellion Festival show at the Winter Gardens Blackpool.

Dave will appear on the Almost Acoustic stage on Friday evening 2nd August at 7.25pm.

On the Friday evening bill, amongst a whole host of fine artists, will be Charlie Harper, Swill and Pauline Murray.

News is just in for two Devon Shows in July at The Bicton Inn, Exmouth and a return visit to The Joiners Arms in Bideford.

We hear that Dave has been busy in the studio working on a forthcoming Album which is currently planned for an October release. More news on that to follow in the coming weeks.

Dave is having a great run of shows on his South East trip. He had an excellent show in Dover on Sunday evening for his return visit to The Priory. Thanks to all who were able to attend and for making it an amazing night!

He is looking forwards to a midweek appearance at the Jenny Lind on Wednesday night in Hastings followed by a visit to The Lighthouse in Deal, Kent on Friday night.

Dave will make a station visit to Deal Radio for a lunchtime live interview this Wednesday. He will be live on air between 1pm and 2pm with Lee Ackroyd.

Whilst in the South East Dave has been editing tracks recorded in Inverness on his visit there during the month of April. We are expecting an update soon with more news of Dave's recording session.

I was very much taken by surprise as we all were here at davesharp.org by Mike's news update regarding his health situation...

All of us here are sending all our support across to him to help things along at what must be a very difficult time...

Mike, myself Twi$t and Eddie have broken through many walls together through the years and I'm sure that
in the same spirit Mike will surely be fighting back with all the energy the four of us have always been blessed with.

Dave plays his final show of his Devon tour tonight in Exmouth at the Bicton Inn before heading North for a run of house concerts in the Highlands and North East of Scotland.

Whilst in Scotland Dave will be taking time out between shows for recording sessions as part of a forthcoming new album. We are hearing rumours of a possible release date sometime during the month of October.

Dave Sharp makes a long awaited return visit to The Thatch in Croyde on Sunday. I will be a St. Patricks Day celebration at one of Devons leading Surf venues catering to seasoned surfers from all parts of the UK.

It should be a great show at one of daves favourite venues.

Stunned and very sad indeed to hear the news of Karls passing.

We have all lost a genuinely wonderful and magically gifted artist and a long standing dear friend to all that were fortunate enough to have known him.

I was privileged to have shared a band experience with him along with my good friends Nigel Twist and Glynn Crossley when I first moved to North Wales.

You could not help being in total awe of his wondrous talent. A natural artist whose songwriting, voice and presence were truly inspirational.

His music, I am sure, will continue throughout time to move spirit and soul wherever and whenever it is heard.

I consider myself honoured to have had an opportunity to share time on this planet with him.

Sail on my Brother and travel finely.
